J.J. Richards has developed and implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS) incorporating Safety, Environment and Quality aspects of the company's operations. Currently, the IMS System based out of J.J. Richards' Head Office at Cleveland Qld and the Gold Coast Depot Qld, have achieved Environmental Certification to ISO 14001:2004 under SAI Global's Certified Environmental Management Scheme.
In December 2008, rollout of the IMS began for all other J.J. Richard sites.
