Rotation Program

J.J. staff members

Queensland Transport formed the Industry Capability Branch (ICB) to partner with the Transport and Logistics industry to develop and maintain sustainable workable solutions to the current and projected skills and labour shortages in Queensland.

The transport and logistics Industry Rotation Program, is an industry and Queensland government partnership that is aimed to develop and retain a higher level of skills, knowledge and experience across the transport and logistics industry. Piloted the program in June 2008, with a recent HR Graduate Donna Garde. During the program Donna worked with members of the Industry Capability Branch on projects and strategies which exposed her to the current skills and labour challenges the industry faces.
